A Solo startup is the simplest STARTIONS startup: you are its only Founder, and you can bring in up to five interns. Jyoox gives you the product, a ready-to-sell drop-shipping store, so you can spend your time on what matters: finding customers.
You never hold stock or pack parcels. You choose products from vendors STARTIONS has verified, price them within fair limits, and market your store. Every sale is split automatically between the vendor, you and the taxes.

Every product shows the vendor price, the GST and your margin. You set the selling price between the vendor price + 5% and the vendor price + 30%, so fees can never push you below zero and no customer pays above MRP.

A signed letter from a parent, or a legal undertaking if that is not possible. Upload it as a PDF or photo.

You accept it when you apply: your store follows the Jyoox terms and refund policy.

Who can apply?
Anyone 18 or older with a PAN card and a bank account in their own name. If your parents can't give written permission, you sign a legal undertaking instead.
When do I pay?
Only after STARTIONS approves your application. You then pay the yearly Founder seat fee of ₹97,200 + GST, and your store is created straight away.
Who owns the store and its sales?
You run the store. Customers pay once; the vendor's share, your profit and the GST are split automatically, and your profit reaches your bank 15 days after each sale.
Can I have a team?
Yes: up to five interns. STARTIONS invites them, each pays the intern seat fee, and they get access to your store with the role you choose.
Can I change my store name later?
Your store address is permanent. A change needs a support request and STARTIONS' approval.
What happens if I don't renew?
After a short grace period your store becomes read-only: you can still sign in and export your data, but it stops taking orders until you renew.
